Pendant la guerre du Kosovo, en 1999, dans un petit village roumain, le chef de gare qui est en même temps la fripouille locale, arrête un train de l’Otan qui transporte du matériel militaire. La cargaison, gardée par des soldats américains, traverse la Roumanie sans avoir de documents officiels, mais seulement l’accord verbal du gouvernement roumain. L’arrivée des Américains transforme le village en un lieu de tous les possibles.
During the war in Kosovo, in 1999, in a small Romanian village, the chief of the railway station, who happens to be the local gangster as well, stops a NATO train transporting military equipment. The transport, supervised by American Soldiers, is crossing Romania without official documents, based only on verbal approval of the Romanian government. Their arrival changes the place into the village of all opportunities.
